Karate for the family

The boys have kept up with karate. Lonya successfully tested for his yellow belt. Sergey earned a black stripe on his white belt and will test for yellow this spring. Even Sue decided to get into the spirit of it, since the exercise benefits are great. She is only a white belt, however, so the boys have many pointers for her.

Also, sparring classes are now required for all levels and enjoyed immensely!
